Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers stunning views from some rooms but lacks them in others. The special kimonos for purchase are a nice touch, although ongoing construction noise may be bothersome. The service is exceptional, with friendly and knowledgeable staff who go above and beyond. The location is perfect for enjoying the vibrant night life and excellent restaurants in Roppongi. The dining experience is of excellent quality with a good selection of Japanese and European/American dishes. Facilities are well-maintained, though some noise disruptions from construction are present.
My stay at the hotel was delightful overall. The room was spacious and had a perfect view, with a cozy bathroom featuring a larger bathtub than expected. The only downside was the construction noise that persisted for over 3 hours, but once I addressed it, the staff handled it promptly. The club floor on the 10th is lovely, although it can get quite crowded and noisy during meal times, affecting the peace and quiet in the room.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, offering me a direct view of the Tokyo Tower, which was a first for me. They were incredibly comfortable, surpassing my expectations for a hotel of this class. The service, though a bit lacking in attentiveness towards Japanese customers, was impeccable overall. They took care of all our needs promptly and even had great connections with top restaurants in Tokyo. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a high-end neighborhood with excellent shopping options and close proximity to major attractions and the metro stations. The dining experience, while good, felt a bit European-centric for my taste. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
